For Immediate Release

CLEVELAND, OH., April 30, 2007 -- The third annual Tornado Technologies Chili Cook-Off is a wrap. Over 30 clients and friends visited Tornado Technologies Friday afternoon to enjoy some great food, cast their votes for their favorite chili and have some fun. Now that the dust has settled and the votes have been tallied, we'd like to announce that this years winner is entrant #6 Virgel Johnson, who won by a convincing 15 points over the runner-up #5 Mark Roshon.

Contestant #3 Kurt Metzler took two of the “fun” categories including the hottest chili and the best chili served with Tums. In a cruel twist of fate entrant #1 Todd Niec, who is regarded as the best cook in the company and who made the effort to ship his chili from Michigan to Cleveland on dry ice the day before the contest finished in last place. The response to Todd's recipe was by far the most polarized, receiving almost as many positive votes as negative but shows the range and quality of chili entered by our staff.

If you missed this years contest don't fret, we will be hosting our 4th annual chili cook-off next spring.
